Studio Academy exists because we got tired of seeing people stuck — knowing they wanted more but having no clue where to start. So we built something different. A place where growth actually sticks. We combine practical skills training with genuine mentorship, grounded in what actually works in the real world. Our 47 members aren't following some cookie-cutter program. They're figuring out who they want to become, then building the habits that get them there. It's messy. It's honest. And it works.

Our Story
Started back in 2017 when founder Martin Čech got frustrated watching smart people waste their talent. He'd spent 13 years in corporate training, watching programs fail because they weren't connected to real life. So he quit. Spent a year testing different approaches with friends and colleagues — what worked, what didn't, what people actually implemented. Studio Academy launched with eight people in a coffee shop. Today we've got a real space in Hradec Králové and a waiting list. Not because we're the biggest. Because we're different.
